    It’s a good beginner DVD but a little confusing in one exercise when you see the instructor mix up his right and left with the naration.

    This program is perfect for people with back issues. It has added flexibility and strength to my core without difficult yoga positions. It has proven to be much more benefical than my physical therapy. Now I use this every other day and do many of the stretches anytime my back feels weak or tight. I am 62 yrs. old and recommend it to everyone who will be committed to use it 3 to 4 times a week because it does work.

    This DVD is amazing, it uses simple stretches to help with back pain, especially for those who are not very flexible. The setting and music is soothing and instructions are well paced. My job requires me to sit in front of a computer all day and whenever I experience back pain, 2-3 days of using this 20 min yoga DVD makes the pain go away. Mind you, this DVD is not for those looking for advanced yoga, or for back strengthening exercises.

    As someone who has had back problems for years including a fusion this dvd is easy to follow with slow easy moments it would be wonderful for anyone of any age–just go slow.
